How does it work?

From the initial application to auditing and final certification, we ensure the process is transparent. Our experienced auditors are here to identify strengths, address gaps, and validate conformity with international standards.
What are the steps of certification service?
1. Approval of this proposal by the organization- your signature on the Certification Service Order form constitutes your signature on the whole contract and the Terms of Service attached.
2. Performance of the Stage 1 audit- every organization has a top management which plays a crucial part in the management system development. We will be happy to meet you, to talk to you and to hear about the organizational strategy, vision, the history of the organization, the challenges, risks and other areas of the top management activities within the organization. It is on our experience that high level of the top management's involvement and direction contributes significantly to the success.
3. Performance of the Stage 2 audit-the purpose of this audit is to verify the conformity of your organization's management system and to identify opportunities for improvement. During the audit we will sample processes, identification of risks and control measures, activities, documented information and interview employees.
4. Corrective action, preparation of the audit report and a certificate issuance-the audit report will provide details of the objective evidence collected by us, during the audit, to support our conclusion and to present the audit duration and audit method, according to all the accreditation requirements and to provide confidence in the validity of your certificate.
5. Scheduling of surveillance audits- as the certification cycle is a three year period based on conduction of an annual audit, we will reach out to you and schedule the surveillance audit two months prior to the certificate validity. The purpose of the surveillance audit is to verify effective maintenance of the management system.
6. Scheduling of the recertification audit- as per the end of the certification cycle, we will reach out to you 5 months prior to the certificate expiration date to schedule a recertification audit . The purpose of this audit is to fully review your management system and approve its conformity for the next certification cycle. This audit shall be followed by annual surveillance audits as well

It depends on your readiness; we will make every effort to schedule dates as early as possible once you sign the proposal. After the audit is completed, we commit to issuing a certificate within 30 days from the closing of any non-conformities, or within 30 days from the audit's completion if no non-conformities are raised
